As a Technical Assistance Manager at Triple Jump, Roan supports companies and financial institutions to enhance their own operations or impact. This support is either through tailored trajectories or via the in-house designed programs. Before joining Triple Jump, Roan helped companies in the energy access sector by working on sector-wide initiatives and providing companies support to increase their access to capital. She co-authored in 2021 a KPI framework addressing the need for sector stakeholders to align the assessment of companies performance. Originally from the Netherlands, Roan holds a bachelor’s degree in international business and management studies from The Hague University and master’s degree in innovation management and entrepreneurship from ESADE Business School.
